Role Description
The English Language Teacher will deliver engaging, level-appropriate lessons in phonics, grammar, reading, creative writing, handwriting, and spoken English. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting classes, preparing lesson materials and activities, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback and support. The teacher will collaborate with the academy team to refine curriculum, maintain classroom discipline,



and create an encouraging learning environment for learners of different age groups and backgrounds. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, requiring consistent classroom presence and participation in academy events and trainings.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching across multiple age groups and proficiency levels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured, learner-centered lessons and assessments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both spoken and written, to explain concepts clearly and interact effectively with learners and families.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience in English language, phonics, grammar, or communication skills is highly desirable.
