Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project deliverables.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential delays or disruptions.
- Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budget.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and scheduling construction projects, preferably in real estate.
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Asana.
