Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Non-IT Recruiter
specializing in
Engineering, Manufacturing, and Construction recruitment
.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across technical engineering, manufacturing operations, skilled trades, maintenance, and construction positions. The recruiter will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from receiving requirements through candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Manufacturing, and Construction positions.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify the right candidate profiles based on client expectations.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals,



social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening covering technical experience, certifications, location, compensation, availability, and job requirements.
- Develop strong candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Submit qualified candidates within required turnaround times.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Manage offer negotiations, counteroffers, joining confirmation, and onboarding follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand priorities and hiring challenges.
- Handle multiple client requirements and high-volume recruitment when required.
- Meet weekly and monthly submission, interview, offer, and placement targets.
