Bylukz is looking for motivated Delivery Executives to join our growing quick-commerce team in Perinthalmanna.
The role involves delivering customer orders safely and on time while providing a professional and friendly customer experience.
Success in this role means completing deliveries efficiently, maintaining excellent customer service, following delivery and safety procedures, and contributing to a reliable and fast delivery experience for Bylukz customers.
Responsibilities
- Pick up customer orders from the assigned Bylukz location and deliver them safely and on time.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and optimize travel time where possible.
- Handle customer orders carefully and maintain the quality of products during transportation.
- Verify orders before delivery and ensure the correct items are delivered to customers.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery updates or issues.
- Collect payments when required and follow company procedures for payment handling.
- Maintain accurate delivery and order records through the Bylukz delivery system/app.
- Follow traffic regulations, safety guidelines, and company delivery policies.
- Maintain the assigned delivery vehicle in safe and working condition.
- Report delivery issues, customer concerns, vehicle problems, or other operational issues to the appropriate team.
- Represent the
Bylukz brand professionally
while interacting with customers and the public.
Qualifications
- Valid Android smartphone –

- Own legally cleared vehicle suitable for delivery –

- Valid driving licence and required vehicle documents.
- Good knowledge of
Perinthalmanna and nearby areas
is preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to use smartphone apps for navigation and delivery management.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
