Position: Accounts Assistant – Hospitality Experienced

About the Role

Aarin Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant with hospitality industry experience to support daily accounting and finance operations. The candidate should have practical experience in hotel/restaurant accounting, billing, cash handling, vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and accounting documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities for hospitality operations.
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and expense entries.
- Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase bills, vouchers, and receipts.
- Handle daily cash collection and petty cash transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile daily sales and cash reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team for daily revenue and billing reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.




- Verify vendor invoices and coordinate for payment processing.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and update receivable records.
- Assist the Accounts Manager in monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally Prime/Accounting Software.
- Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and maintained.
- Support audit requirements by providing necessary accounting documents and records.

Hospitality Experience – Preferred

Candidates with experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Resorts, F&B;, Catering, or Hospitality organizations will be preferred.

Experience in handling daily sales reconciliation, cash collections, POS billing, restaurant
