- Role: Position title: BIM Modeler/ BIM Manager
- JD: Key Responsibilities:
- •Develop and manage detailed BIM models with a minimum Level of Development (LOD) 350+.
- •Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model for seamless integration.
- •Execute modeling tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- •Create and manage parametric Revit families as per project scope.
- •Ensure accuracy, compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.
- •Participate in design coordination meetings and model reviews.
- •Support the resolution of design coordination issues within the model.
- •Collaborate with the design team, with preference for candidates experienced in industrial buildings.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- •25 years of proven experience as a BIM Technician.
- •Solid proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
- •Solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in BIM workflows.
- •Experience working on industrial projects is highly desirable.
- •Ability to create custom families and maintain project standards.
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- •Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve project goal
