About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting our software solutions, scheduling product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a strong interest in B2B software sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through outbound calling, online platforms, references, databases, and other channels.
- Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
- Explain and promote company products such as HRMS, Payroll, Attendance, Biometric Integration, Vendor Management and other software solutions.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, company size, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase timeline.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for qualified prospects.
- Conduct basic product presentations/demo calls wherever required.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Prepare and share quotations/proposals in coordination with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead, call, follow-up and opportunity records in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the field sales and technical team for product demonstrations and customer requirements.
- Follow up on proposals and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation, meeting and sales targets.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
