We’re looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telemarketer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, connect with potential clients, and generate quality leads for our services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make daily 100 connected outbound calls from provided databases.
2. Introduce and explain our services to prospects in a explicit, engaging manner.
3. Identify qualified leads and record relevant details accurately.
4. Maintain a call log and update CRM systems with lead status.
5. Collaborate with the sales/marketing team for smooth handover of leads.
6. Meet daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.
What We’re Looking For:
1.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Fluent in English
3. Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
4. Ability to handle objections and stay composed during calls.
5. Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel is a plus.
6. Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred.
