* Supervised daily production planning, manpower deployment, material availability, casting activities and production targets.

* Coordinated with Project, Planning, QA/QC, Design, Survey, Stores and Erection teams for smooth execution of precast works.

* Ensured compliance with approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, quality standards and project specifications.

* Monitored reinforcement, mould preparation, concreting, vibration, curing, demoulding, finishing,



stacking and handling activities.

* Maintained proper precast element identification, traceability, production records and quality documentation.

* Coordinated inspection and testing activities with QA/QC teams and client/consultant representatives.

* Managed yard resources including manpower, machinery, moulds, materials and equipment to achieve production targets.

* Identified and resolved production/site issues to minimize rework, delays and wastage.

* Ensured compliance with HSE/Safety requirements within the precast yard.

* Supported planning and execution of precast element transportation, storage and erection activities in coordination with the project team.

* Robust experience in team leadership, production planning, site coordination, quality control and project execution.
