About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Paid media, Revenue generation, Lead and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive qualified leads
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding, targeting, and audience segmentation
- Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates & ROAS
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights




- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign ROI
- Work closely with the Sales, Content, Creative & Product teams
- Track performance through Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager and other marketing tools
