Operate the pouch packing machine as per SOP and production
requirements.
- Set and adjust machine parameters such as filling quantity, sealing temperature, speed, and pouch length.
- Ensure correct packing material, pouch size,
- Monitor pouch weight, sealing quality, leakage, appearance, and overall packing quality.
- Carry out routine cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance of the machine.
- Identify machine abnormalities and immediately report breakdowns to the Supervisor/Maintenance Department.
- Minimize product wastage and packing-material losses.
Follow all safety, hygiene, GMP and company procedures
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th, preferably with relevant experience
Experience: 26 years in pouch packing/packaging machine operation
