Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sewing Supervisor to oversee our advanced bed linen manufacturing unit in Pollachi. In this role, you will manage stitching shop-floor operations, drive production targets, ensure premium export-quality standards for home textiles, and lead a skilled team of machine operators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Monitor daily sewing floor operations to achieve production targets for bed linens (duvet covers, bedsheets, pillowcases, etc.).
- Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to international quality parameters, minimizing defects, reworks, and fabric wastage.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise sewing machine operators and line helpers to maximize efficiency and workflow.
- Line Balancing: Identify bottlenecks in the stitching line, balance workloads,



and optimize operator productivity.
- Machine & Safety Compliance: Ensure routine checks on sewing machinery, maintain a safe shop-floor environment, and adhere to company compliance norms.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of supervisory experience in sewing/stitching production, specifically within the home textiles, bed linens, or garment manufacturing industry.
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial sewing machines (Lockstitch, Overlock, Multi-needle, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of bed linen construction and stitching quality.
- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Location Preference: Candidates based in or around Pollachi, Coimbatore, or Tirupur, or those willing to relocate to Pollachi.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
