Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with robust expertise in Steel Plant / Heavy Engineering projects to lead end-to-end project execution, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, erection, installation, commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor projects from engineering and procurement through fabrication, erection, installation, commissioning and handover.
- Develop detailed project schedules and ensure timely completion within approved budget, quality and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, Commercial and Project Execution teams.
- Manage external vendors, contractors, consultants, inspection agencies and customers.
- Review GA drawings, fabrication drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications and execution plans.




- Monitor project progress, manpower, material availability, productivity, costs and resource utilization.
- Lead and manage site/project teams, engineers, supervisors, welders, fitters and contractors.
- Identify project risks, execution bottlenecks and delays and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, welding standards, project specifications, ISO requirements and EHS procedures.
- Coordinate plant shutdown, equipment installation, modernization and expansion activities.
- Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma and Quality Improvement.
- Prepare and review project MIS, progress reports, cost reports and management updates.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants for technical discussions, inspections, approvals and project milestones.
