Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will provide support to the sales team by managing documentation, coordinating with customers, ensuring timely follow‑ups, processing orders, maintaining data, and assisting in smooth execution of end‑to‑end sales operations. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and field sales agents for order fulfillment
· Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and other commercial documentation
· Assist the sales team with order processing and tracking
· Maintain accurate sales data and update records in CRM/FMS/PMS systems
· Follow up for payments, dispatch status, and documentation completion
· Respond to customer inquiries via email/phone and assist in resolving issues
