Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to independently lead real estate debt transactions from mandate to disbursement. The role requires strong financial structuring skills, lender relationships, and the ability to advise promoters and CFOs on complex financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of real estate debt advisory mandates.
- Structure financing solutions including Construction Finance, LRD, LAP, Term Loans, and Structured Debt.
- Build and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and private credit funds.
- Evaluate project feasibility, cash flows, and borrowing capacity.
- Prepare financial models, lender presentations, information memorandums, and credit notes.
- Negotiate commercial terms, security structures, pricing, and sanction conditions with lenders.
- Coordinate with clients, legal teams, technical consultants,



and lenders through documentation and disbursement.
- Mentor analysts and review financial models and transaction documents.
- Develop new business opportunities through relationships with developers and industry stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in Real Estate Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, NBFC, or Debt Advisory.
- Robust understanding of construction finance and structured lending.
- Existing relationships with banks and financial institutions will be an advantage.
- Excellent financial modelling and credit analysis skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management abilities.
- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
