Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ETL workflows (graphs) using Ab Initio GDE
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical data integration solutions.
- Extract data from multiple source systems, transform it, and load it into data warehouses or target systems.
- Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and Unix shell scripts.
- Perform data profiling, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure data quality.
- Optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, DBAs, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Manage scheduling tools such as Autosys or Control-M and monitor batch processing jobs.
