Job Profile: IT Project Manager / Project Coordinator & Product Owner

Role Summary

The IT Project Manager / Project Coordinator will take end-to-end ownership of web, mobile application, software, and IT-support projects. The primary responsibility is to coordinate clients, developers, QA teams, managers, and stakeholders to ensure that requirements are transparent, work is completed on time, quality is maintained, and projects are successfully delivered and closed.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Delivery
- Prepare and share project plans, task lists, milestones, responsibilities, and delivery timelines.
- Track all activities and follow up proactively until completion.
- Identify delays, risks, and blockers and escalate them to management on time.
- Ensure projects are delivered, approved, documented, and formally closed within agreed timelines.

Client and Stakeholder Coordination
- Gather complete requirements, data, content, feedback, and approvals from clients.
- Convert requirements into clear tasks, user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria.




- Coordinate communication between clients, developers, managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates and follow up through email, calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Document important decisions, requirements, approvals, and meeting minutes.

Team and Product Ownership
- Assign and prioritize work using Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Follow up with developers and internal teams to ensure timely completion.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks according to business value and urgency.
- Clarify requirements and resolve dependencies throughout the development cycle.
- Ensure each task has a responsible owner, deadline, priority, and completion criteria.

Quality and UAT
- Review completed work before sharing it with the client.
- Verify that deliverables match the approved requirements, design, content, and data.
