* Call candidates from the data provided by the company.

* Explain the job role, salary, location, timings, and interview process.

* Screen candidates based on their skills and requirements.

* Shortlist interested and suitable candidates.

* Schedule their interviews with the company/HR.

* Follow up with candidates to make sure they actually attend.

* Maintain/update candidate records and calling data.

* Work toward the company’s daily candidate/selection target.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
