We are looking for a responsible and proactive Seafood Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operations within the seafood processing unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production workers and monitor daily processing activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate manpower allocation and workflow planning.
- Conduct quality checks and report any production issues.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and processing of seafood products.
- Support management in improving productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in the seafood processing or food manufacturing industry preferred.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle production schedules and workforce coordination.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Freshers with relevant industry exposure may also apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
