Our sales approach focuses on understanding the student's academic challenges and recommending the right academic support program. A BDA is expected to sell academic outcomes, not merely product features and benefits.

Role Overview

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for interacting with students and parents, understanding their academic requirements, conducting consultative counselling, arranging demonstrations/academic discussions,



following up with prospects and converting qualified leads into paid enrollments.

This is a calling + counselling + follow-up + conversion-oriented B2C sales role.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact assigned leads through outbound and inbound calls.
- Speak professionally with parents and students.
- Understand the student's class, board, subjects, academic performance, learning gaps and competitive-exam goals.
- Explain IITPLANET's 1-on-1 personalized and small-group learning programs.
- Sell based on academic need, learning improvement and outcomes, rather than only discounts or product features.
- Schedule and coordinate counselling sessions, demos, academic assessments and meetings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
- Maintain complete lead notes, call status, follow-up dates and sales pipeline information.
