You will contribute to EXNOW’s visual communication, social media, promotional campaigns, and other creative requirements. Responsibilities - Create graphics and visual content for social media. - Design promotional creatives, posts, banners, and other digital assets. - Develop creative concepts based on EXNOW’s content and campaigns. - Maintain consistency in visual style and branding. - Collaborate with the content and marketing team. - Explore new design trends, tools, and creative approaches. - Make revisions based on feedback and project requirements. Who We’re Looking For - Students or individuals genuinely interested in graphic design and creative work. - Willingness to learn and improve design skills.



- Creative thinking and positive attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is a plus. - Ability to dedicate 2–3 hours per day, 5 days a week. - Responsible, consistent, and willing to work on real startup projects. - Portfolio or previous design work is a plus, but willingness to learn is more important.
