We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and highly organised Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate should be excellent at follow-ups, comfortable handling personal and qualified tasks for the MD, and capable of coordinating with clients, HR, and the factory team to ensure that work gets completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate the personal and professional work of the MD.
- Manage regular follow-ups and ensure that pending tasks are completed on time.
- Coordinate with clients regarding quotations, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and manage client quotations and track their status.
- Coordinate with the factory team and follow up on production-related tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Handle selected HR-related activities and coordination.
- Maintain task lists, records, and follow-up trackers using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Use AI tools effectively to improve productivity and complete routine tasks.
- Coordinate between the MD,
clients, factory, and internal teams.
- Keep track of pending matters and proactively remind relevant people until closure.
- Handle confidential information and maintain professionalism at all times.
Required Skills & Experience
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to independently track multiple tasks and ensure they are completed.
- Comfortable using AI tools for day-to-day work.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
