Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – Marketing with a strong background in the hospital or healthcare industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing, branding, promotion, and business development strategies to enhance the hospital's visibility, patient footfall, and overall growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing and promotional strategy for the hospital.
- Plan and implement campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
- Develop strategies to increase patient footfall, referrals, and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, corporates, healthcare partners, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- Plan promotional activities, health camps, awareness programs, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach initiatives.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, advertising, PR, and other promotional activities.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and guide the marketing team and ensure achievement of departmental targets.
- Coordinate with clinical and other internal departments for effective promotion of hospital services and specialties.
- Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI and submit regular reports to management.
- Strengthen the hospital's brand image and market presence.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare marketing.
- Proven experience in hospital promotion, branding, business development, and patient acquisition.
- Solid networking, communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and achieve business
