Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in civil/construction projects.
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements.
- Achieve sales and business development targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in construction, real estate, or building materials marketing is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Salary: As per industry standards
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
