We are looking for a responsible Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance, operations, safety, and cleanliness of the residential society. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all common areas, facilities, equipment, and essential services are properly maintained and that residents receive timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the residential society.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance staff, technicians, and other facility personnel.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lifts, water supply, pumps, fire-fighting systems, and other equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, parking areas, gardens, corridors, elevators, electrical rooms, and other facilities.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
- Maintain records of maintenance work,



equipment servicing, complaints, inspections, and vendor activities.
- Coordinate with the society committee/management regarding maintenance-related matters.
- Conduct regular meetings with maintenance and housekeeping teams to review pending issues.
- Prepare regular maintenance reports for management.

Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential society/facility maintenance.
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil, mechanical, and general maintenance work.
- Vendor and contractor management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
