Key responsibilities include supervising check-ins and check-outs, handling guest requests and complaints, overseeing financial transactions, and implementing sales programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure hassle-free check-in and check-out processes, managing guest registrations and room allocations effectively
- Review the night audit draft and conduct daily financial accounting reviews for the front desk and guest service areas
- Monitor the reservation system, analyze operating results, and prepare budgets and cost-control systems
- Supervise and develop front desk staff, fostering a collaborative work environment with the assistant General Manager, night auditor
- Deliver the highest standards of customer experience by handling guest requests, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Establish effective communication channels within the front office team and with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Provide ongoing training and support to staff to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement in-house sales programs at the front desk to drive revenue growth
- Ensure adherence to all hotel policies, regulatory compliance, and cleanliness standards in collaboration with the housekeeping team
