Job Description — Link Building Executive (Off-Page SEO)

About the Role

We are looking for a Link Building Executive who can build clean, quality backlinks for both Indian and international clients. You will work closely with our SEO team to plan and execute off-page strategies that improve domain authority, referring domains and organic rankings across geographies.

Key Responsibilities
- Build high-quality, relevant backlinks through guest posting, blog outreach, business listings, classifieds, profile creation, image/video/PDF submissions, Q&A; and forum participation
- Prospect and qualify link opportunities using DA/DR, traffic, spam score and topical relevance
- Run email/LinkedIn outreach for guest posts, link insertions and collaborations with Indian and global website owners
- Handle geo-specific link building — local citations and directories for Indian clients, and region-relevant sources for US/UK/Canada/Australia clients




- Maintain daily/weekly link trackers with live URLs, anchor text, DA/DR and status
- Monitor backlink profiles, identify toxic links and support disavow activity
- Coordinate with content writers for guest post topics and briefs
- Report on referring domains, indexed links and ranking movement

Requirements
- 0–1 year of hands-on experience in off-page SEO / link building (internship or freelance projects count)
- Exposure to both Indian and international client work, or a clear understanding of how the two differ
- Working knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest or similar (basic level acceptable)
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and reporting
- Own laptop and stable high-speed internet connection (mandatory for remote work)
