Content Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Content Manager to lead our content strategy, creation, and distribution across all digital and traditional platforms — with a solid command of storytelling, brand voice, and audience engagement.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Content Manager, you will own the end-to-end content lifecycle — from strategy and ideation to execution and performance analysis. You will work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences across every touchpoint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals and audience personas across digital and traditional channels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of writers, editors, and content creators to deliver consistent, high-quality output.
- Concept and write compelling ad copy for social media campaigns (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)



and digital ad formats including display, search, and video pre-rolls.
- Write, brief, and oversee scripts for brand films, product videos, testimonials, reels, and brand shoot productions — collaborating closely with creative and video teams.
- Produce long-form website copy (landing pages, product pages, about sections) and in-depth blog articles that balance SEO best practices with genuine reader value.
- Build and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to incorporate keyword strategy and improve organic content performance.
- Analyse content metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROAS) and translate data into actionable improvements.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging remain consistent across all communication channels.
