Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
Translate business requirements into explicit functional specifications for development and testing teams.
Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, QA teams, and project managers.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production validation activities.
Participate in solution design discussions and impact analysis.
Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Insurance Domain Responsibilities
Work on insurance business processes such as:
Policy Administration
Understand insurance products across:
Life Insurance
Support regulatory and compliance-related initiatives.
Analyze insurance data and reporting requirements.





Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
years of experience in the Insurance domain.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
