Summary
The Consultant will have solid expertise with 3+ years’ experience in Jira administration, automation, and AI-driven solutions to design, implement, and optimize enterprise Atlassian platforms. The role requires hands-on experience across Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence, along with advanced capabilities in automation, python scripting, migrations, and upgrades.

This role is based in India and would require working in Central European Time (CET) hours.

What You Will Do
- Administer and configure Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence at an enterprise scale. Scripting experience using Python
- Design and maintain workflows, schemes, permissions, custom fields, dashboards, and reports aligned to business needs.
- Build and manage automation solutions using Jira Automation, ScriptRunner (Groovy), REST APIs, and webhooks.
- Lead Atlassian platform implementations, upgrades, and migrations (Server/Data Center to Cloud, Cloud-to-Cloud).
