Key Responsibilities
- Owns the entire lifecycle of an opportunity from prospecting to conversion and sign-off.
- Develop business plans & GTM strategy for the Europe along with Regional Sales Head
- Drive Sales results and achieve Revenue Targets agreed for the portfolio; build Strong sales pipeline.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate recent business for our products/services
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, senior management, and other parts of SunTec
- Holds responsibility for monitoring country specific and/or region specific growth plans for SunTec’s products
- Acts as SunTec’s single point of contact with the prospect and coordinates the entire sales process on our behalf
- Contributes to the thought leadership of the organization and maintains a watch on developments within prospects organizations which may affect future business.
- Manages the entire information in SunTec specified systems and prepares reports and information as required by the different stakeholders
Key Competencies
- Experience in financial and digital transformation technology – [BFSI]
- Product/ solution selling experience to large and medium Enterprise customers with meeting/exceeding of quota attainment.
- Highly conversant in API ecosystems, their applicability in today's markets, as well as digital innovation and enterprise level technology use cases
