Job Description – Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday(Alternate Saturday off)

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROI/ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Create and manage A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track and analyze campaign data using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Work with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.




- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/Paid Advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in campaign optimization, analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Positive understanding of funnels, lead generation, and digital marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
