Job summary

The Sales Manager Closing will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful bookings by managing the complete sales closure journey. The role involves understanding customer requirements, conducting project presentations, handling negotiations, and ensuring revenue achievement through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.

Roles and responsibilities

Manage the complete sales cycle from customer interaction to final closure.

Connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable property solutions.

Conduct virtual and physical presentations and explain project USPs, pricing, payment plans, and investment perks.

Drive sales conversions through effective follow-ups, negotiations, and relationship management.

– Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

– Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to ensure successful closures.

– Maintain strong customer relationships and provide a seamless buying experience.

– Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking,



documentation, and post-sales processes.

– Maintain sales pipeline reports and track customer interactions.

– Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and customer preferences.

Contribute towards improving sales processes and conversion strategies.

Qualification and experience

– Graduate in any discipline.

– MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

– 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate, Luxury Sales, Automobile, BFSI, Hospitality, or other premium consumer-
