Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and new customers.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for timely resolution.

2. Product Knowledge
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s product range.
- Explain product features, specifications, qualities, pricing, and applications to customers.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Keep updated on new products, developments, and market trends.

3. Fabric Knowledge




- Support customers in selecting the appropriate fabric for their intended application.

4. Stock Management
- Monitor stock availability and provide accurate information to customers.
- Coordinate with stores and production teams regarding stock requirements.
- Track stock movement, pending orders, and availability of products.
- Maintain proper records of samples and stock-related information.

5. Billing & Documentation
- Ensure billing details, product descriptions, quantities, rates, and customer information are accurate.
- Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams for timely billing and delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of customer transactions.
- Follow company procedures for order entry, billing, and documentation.
