We’re Hiring | Business Development / IT Project Acquisition

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive / IT Sales Professional whose primary responsibility will be to bring new software and IT projects for our company.

Your Core Responsibility:
- Identify and approach potential clients looking for IT solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, networking, references, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with our technical team for proposals and quotations.
- Convert leads into web, mobile app, software, OTT, SaaS, and other IT development projects.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up consistently from lead generation to project closure.
- Take ownership of achieving the monthly business target.

Who We’re Looking For




- Experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Software Sales / B2B Sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently generate and convert leads.
- Good understanding of web development, mobile apps, software solutions, or digital products.
- Candidates with an existing client network or solid lead-generation capability will have an advantage.
- Freshers with exceptional sales/business development skills may also apply.
