Job Description

12 to 14 years of progressive experience in financial services supporting similar functions within line of business CFO or FP&A; functions – including earnings call and investor day presentations,



deep financial modeling and analysis to provide insights and executive decision-making

Exposure to US Financial services industry (insurance, asset management, annuity, banking)
-
Demonstrated history and experience supporting C-suite and executive presentations with financial insights
-
Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Financial Systems (SAP, Hyperion, Tableau, Micro-Strategy)
-
Strong data visualization skills
-
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights

Conceptual understanding of US GAAP and Statutory financial performance metrics

Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
-
Experience working in a global matrix organization with cross-border stakeholders
