Position: HR Executive
Experience: Fresher OR 6 Months Experienced
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Post jobs and screen candidates
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records
- Assist with HR policies and day-to-day HR operations
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Support performance reviews and employee communication
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field preferred
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing digital marketing company
