Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying opportunities, and building relationships with customers.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of jewelry products, including designs, materials, and pricing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide support during peak periods or special events.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and after-sales service.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in retail sales or related field (jewelry industry preferred).
- Robust understanding of jewelry products, including design, quality control, and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
