Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Lead to design, develop, and support SAP applications while leading a team of ABAP developers. The ideal candidate will have robust technical expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP S/4HANA, and integration technologies, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions within SAP landscapes.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP developments including:
- Reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV)
- Interfaces
- Conversions
- Enhancements
- Forms (SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms)
- Workflows
- Develop and support SAP S/4HANA custom developments.
- Work on CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and Fiori backend development.
- Perform technical design reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.




- Coordinate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Estimate development effort and manage project deliverables.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and quality standards.

Required Skills

Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Reports, Enhancements, BADI, User Exits, BTEs
- BAPIs, RFCs, ALE/IDocs
- SmartForms, Adobe Forms
- Object-Oriented ABAP
- Module Pool Programming
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA development.
- Strong knowledge of:
- CDS Views
- AMDP
- SAP Gateway and OData Services
- SAP Fiori backend development
- Experience with SAP integration technologies.
- Debugging and performance optimization skills.
