Job Summary:The CRM Executive Kannada is responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer queries, and providing excellent support to Kannada-speaking customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Kannada
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, services, and feedback
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer data
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets
Required Skills:
- Fluency in Kannada (Read,
Write & Speak) Mandatory
- Basic communication in Hindi or English
- Valuable customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
- 0–5 years in Customer Relationship Management or Customer Service
- Freshers with excellent Kannada communication skills can also apply
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM software (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Experience in customer support or telecalling is an added advantage
