Accounts Manager • Finance & Accounts

IMT Faridabad, Haryana | Full-Time • Reporting to MD

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to independently manage the full accounts function day-to-day bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and export documentation. The right candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with the MD in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

QUICK DETAILS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- GST Compliance GSTR-1 (11th), GSTR-3B (20th), GSTR-9/9C, ITC reconciliation, and notice handling.
- TDS & TCS — Deduction under 194C/194H/194J/192, monthly remittance by 7th, 24Q filing, Form 16 by June 15.
- Advance Tax — Quarterly computation, CA coordination, zero interest under 234B/C,



rolling tax calendar.
- Bank Reconciliation — Daily reconciliation across all accounts, same-day resolution, monthly BRS for MD review.
- Export & BRC — BRC/FIRC for export receipts, shipping/LC documentation, FEMA and RODTEP liaison with bank/DGFT.
- Day-to-Day Accounts — Tally Prime bookkeeping, ledger reconciliation, 3-way match AP, weekly AR ageing, petty cash, audit support.
- MIS & Reporting — Monthly P&L;/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow by the 10th, department expense report, weekly AR status.

- Proactively flags tax risks and cash flow issues to the MD.
- High accuracy — zero tolerance for errors in statutory filings.
- Comfortable in a manufacturing workplace with physical vouchers and ERP data entry.
- Trustworthy and discreet — handles sensitive financial information.
