About the Role

We are looking for a logically strong Full Stack Developer who can own features end-to-end across our growing product suite. You will work on building, scaling, and maintaining production web and mobile applications — from frontend interfaces to backend services, databases, and event-driven systems. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just write code, but understands system flow, architecture, and the "why" behind technical decisions. You should be comfortable debugging complex issues, reasoning about data flow across services, and learning fast in a high-ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications across frontend and backend
- Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate them across multiple services
- Work with event-driven and async architectures — webhooks, message queues, and background job processing
- Design, optimize, and maintain MongoDB and PostgreSQL schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines
- Integrate and debug third-party APIs, webhooks, and external services (payment, telephony, messaging, etc.)




- Understand and improve system architecture and data flow across distributed services
- Write clean, scalable, well-structured, and documented code
- Debug and root-cause complex production issues across the stack
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployment processes
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior developers

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving ability — able to break down complex problems and reason about system behavior, not just write code
- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one frontend framework (React preferred; acceptable)
- Hands-on backend experience with Node.js (NestJS / Express preferred); Python/Java a plus
- Robust grasp of REST APIs, HTTP, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and API design
- Practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases — MongoDB and
