Position: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to communicate with existing and prospective customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products and services in a clear and professional manner.
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Update customer information in the database regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of English and regional languages will be an added advantage.

Experience:
- Fresher or experienced candidates may apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be preferred.

Working Hours:
- As per company policy.

Salary:
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
