Responsibilities
- Lead Power BI report, dashboard, and data visualization development.
- Manage and optimize Power BI Server for performance and scalability.
- Design advanced data models and DAX solutions.
- Integrate Power BI with Azure data services and digital platforms.
- Lead and mentor Power BI developers.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable business insights.
- Maintain existing solutions and drive continuous improvements.
- Use data storytelling and GenAI tools to support decision-making.

Requirements
- Experience with Power BI, Power BI Server, and Power Platform.
- Advanced skills in DAX, SQL, and data modeling.
- Robust experience with Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL, and Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot.
- Experience leading Power BI development teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
