Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Accounts Receivable to manage end-to-end receivables operations, with strong exposure to export receivables and international customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and export receivables operations.
- Monitor customer outstanding, collections, ageing, and cash flow.
- Handle export billing, customer reconciliations, payment follow-ups, and collections.
- Coordinate with customers, banks, internal teams, and business stakeholders for timely collections.
- Drive reduction of overdue payments and outstanding receivables.
- Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations, and timely closure of AR activities.
- Prepare and review MIS, ageing reports, collection reports, and management dashboards.
- Identify process gaps and drive process improvements and automation.




- Lead and mentor the AR team and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and applicable statutory regulations.

Candidate Profile
- 12–18 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in the textile/apparel export industry.
- Solid experience in export receivables and international customer collections is mandatory/preferred.
- Good understanding of AR, ageing, reconciliations, collections, export documentation, and banking processes.
- Strong experience in ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Kannada language proficiency is preferred.
- Candidates from apparel, textile, garment export, or manufacturing organizations will be preferred.
