The Role: Senior Manager, Cyber Fusion Operations

The Team: You will be Senior Manager in the Cyber Fusion Center within the Information Security department. As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and shaping our organization's cybersecurity efforts by overseeing the operations of the Cyber Fusion Center, ensuring the detection, response, and mitigation of cyber threats across our digital landscape.

The Impact: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our cybersecurity posture, develop strategic plans, and drive continuous improvement in threat detection and incident response capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the MSSP, building a robust and collaborative partnership to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the MSSP's services. Ensure the MSSP's activities align with regulatory requirements,



industry standards, and our internal policies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, legal, compliance, and executive leadership, to ensure a cohesive approach to security operations and MSSP governance. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders regarding the state of security operations, incidents, and the performance of the MSSP.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of the MSSP's services and internal security operations, identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Cyber Fusion Center, aligning it with the overall information security goals and business objectives. Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
