Drawing up personalised care plans for individuals and following up via phone calls. Travel to the customers place to serve them @ home/ office when required. Providing culturally appropriate health education on topics related to chronic disease prevention, physical activity and nutrition.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate training in Nursing or relevant courses. 1-2 years' experience in any health industry is preferred. Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English. Basic computer skills. High motivation levels and ability to work cordially in teams.
