We are looking for a Growth Platform Specialist Lead to drive strategic alliances, partner-led GTM execution, and operational excellence across key technology ecosystems. The role will work closely with relationship managers, domain leaders, and global partners to deliver measurable business outcomes, strengthen partner collaborations, and scale growth platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alliances & GTM Execution
- Partner with Relationship Managers and domain leaders to define and execute alliance strategies
- Support development and execution of the annual business plan
- Collaborate on joint GTM initiatives, campaigns, and co-innovation programs
- Identify and drive recent market opportunities through partner ecosystems
- Enable cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and operations teams

Governance & Operational Rhythm
- Establish and manage QBRs, EBRs, and steering committees
- Track key deliverables, KPIs, and partner commitments
- Prepare executive meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups




- Ensure alignment and accountability across internal and partner teams

Reporting & Analytics
- Own alliance reporting (pipeline, revenue, certifications, investments)
- Build and manage dashboards, scorecards, and trackers
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
- Ensure transparency and performance visibility for leadership

Campaign & Program Management
- Drive execution of partner GTM programs and campaigns
- Manage partner program operations including:
- Deal registration
- Partner portals
- MDF (Market Development Funds)
- Incentive tracking
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI
- Ensure compliance with partner program requirements

Internal Coordination & Enablement
- Maintain playbooks, templates, and knowledge repositories
- Align internal priorities with alliance and partner frameworks
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence
- Support global alliance planning initiatives
