Role & responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure smooth and effective execution of daily activities.
- Manage inventory levels to maintain accuracy, availability, and timely replenishment.
- Oversee inbound (receiving), storage, and outbound (dispatch) processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and promote a safe working culture.
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes and operational workflows.
- Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement.
- Analyse operational data and prepare reports on inventory, productivity, and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Preferred candidate profile
- 12 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of Inbound, Storage/Inventory, Outbound and Returns processes.
- Mandatory:Experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
