What Youll Do:

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with strong experience in Python and FastAPI to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, strong database knowledge, and excellent problem-solving abilities. We are seeking a seasoned Reltio Architect & Solution Designer to lead solution design, architecture, and implementation across enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) programs. The role requires deep expertise in Reltio platform capabilities, hands-on experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), and awareness of emerging agentic platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the end-to-end Reltio architecture for enterprise MDM solutions.

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions leveraging Reltios core features, APIs, and accelerators.

• Lead solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

• Drive integration strategy using RIH recipes, connectors, and orchestration patterns.





• Collaborate with data governance and COE teams to align architecture with enterprise standards.

• Provide technical leadership to implementation teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Evaluate and incorporate agentic platform capabilities (AI/automation) into solution design.

• Support performance tuning, match rule optimization, and metadata management.

• Document architecture decisions, design patterns, and reusable assets.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in enterprise data management, with 5+ years in Reltio MDM. • Solid expertise in Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) recipes, data flows, connectors.

• Hands-on experience with Reltio MCP, APIs, workflows, and configuration deployment.

• Proven track record in solution design and architecture for multidomain MDM programs.

• Awareness of agentic platforms (AIndriven automation, semantic matching, intelligent agents); hands-on exposure is a strong plus.
